The Limarí Valley has stony, chalky soils with a high percentage of clay, which give our wines a slightly mineral character. The coastal influence makes the climate cool and often cloudly, causing the grapes to ripen slowly and thus intensifying their fruity character. The Limarí Valley, located just inland from the Pacific Ocean, yields fresh, fruity wines.

This wine is a bright golden yellow colour. The bouquet features intense aromas of peaches, honey, banana and mild vanilla. On the palate, it is a lively, full-weight wine, with notes of citrus and quince and delicate mineral finish.

The must underwent a cloudy fermentation in french oak barrels with selected yeasts at between 14ºC and 16ºC. Later the wine was aged sur lies for eight months in french oak. To keep the wine fresh and with a strong presence of fruit, it was not subjected to malolactic fermentation.

Winemaker's comments:

This wine is yellow-green in colour with golden hues and reveals intense aromas with notes of peaches, cherimoyas and vanilla. On the palate, this is a full-bodied, fresh, mineral wine with soft notes of wood, good volume and a long finish.

Food Pairings:

This wine can be enjoyed with seafood, oily fish, salad, ceviche, white meat and pasta. Best served chilled at between 10ºC - 12ºC.
