In the Maule Valley, terroirs with a high percentage of clay determine the mineral character of our wines. The cold evening breezes from the Andes mountains caress our vineyards, causing extreme fluctuations in temperature. The resulting wines are intense in colour, full of fresh fruit, highly concentrated and with mature tannins, delivering a well-balanced palate.
A lovely, deeply intense ruby red colour, this wine has complex aromas and Sweetness of and fresh notes. Dried black fruits intermingle with the elegant toasty notes contributed by the aging process. Ripe tannins fill the mouth, creating a gentle entrance on the palate. Notes of black pepper, prunes and soft vanilla create a long and lingering finish.

Winemaking:The grapes were carefully selected and harvested by hand. Cold maceration took place over seven days at 5ºC.Alcoholic fermentation wiht selected yeasts took place in stainless steel tanks at 27ºC.This was followed by malolactic fermentation in French barrels.The total ageing process in oak barrels lasted twelve months.
Winemaker's comments:A Cabernet Sauvignon of an intense , attractive ruby-red colour.This wine has complex aromas with fresh, Sweetness of notes in which dried black fruits combine wiht the fine toasted notes resulting from the ageing process.The palate is smooth and the ripes tannins fill the mouth.Black pepper, prunes adn soft vanilla create a long and presistent finish.
Food Pairings:This wine can be enjoyed with all types of meat, especially with well-seasoned barbecued red meat.It also pairs well with strong, creamy cheese.
