Maucho Viognier

These wines uncover the essence of the Maule Valley. Each variety is located in a terroir which is specially selected to enhance its flavours and aromas without complexity. They are wines with great personality, inviting you to discover their secrets every time you uncork them.
This wine is a golden yellow colour. The bouquet reveals intense aromas of peaches and cherimoyas and floral notes. In the mouth, it is dense, fresh and has strong fruity presence. In the finish, there are notes of vanilla which result from the ageing process.

Winemaking:

Winemaking began with cloudy fermentation using selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at between 14°C and 16°C. Later the wine was aged sur lies for ten months in French oak. There was no malolactic fermentation in order to keep the wine fresh and fruit-filled

Food Pairings:
